Organisation
The Procurement department is organised in the best way to support the vision, mission and goals. It is flexible in projects and focused on Business Area through its Procurement Officers who support the Programmes. It is stable in the markets through the Commodity Buyers who are the focal point to the market both for the organization and the suppliers.
The investment related spend is managed by the Special Procurement Officer for Investments and maintenance. A Manager is appointed to master all Non Product Related spend and to give professional support to all procurement functions.
