Patriot Canister PAC-3
Stork Fokker has been contracted by Lockheed Martin as the single source for launch tubes (or canisters) for the PAC-3 Patriot advanced-capability missile system. The build-to-print PAC-3, which is produced entirely in-house, supersedes the earlier PAC-2, of which Stork Fokker produced some 2,000 examples.

Using a one-piece flow-manufacturing technique, Stork Fokker uses four filament-wound tubes, as well as high-strength castings, machined parts, and electrical-cable assemblies for the canisters (which receive special surface treatment). |

Stork Fokker builds 2.5 canisters/month on a dedicated assembly line that can operate at twice that speed, and also provides auxiliary parts. |
